Chef Jeff Olsson will be creating a menu designed to pair with Foxen’s best—including some of their most highly-acclaimed and rarest library wines—to delight the palate, excite the senses, and sedate the appetite of 60 lucky people at this must-stop location in the Santa Ynez Valley! You’ll find Industrial Eats a perfect setting of rustic contemporary spaces with a touch of hip that could be Burgundy, Manhattan, or HERE--with extraordinary food and Foxen wine. It IS the perfect match!
Founded in 1985, the highly acclaimed Foxen Vineyard and Winery is known to make wines of incredible balance and elegance. “Proprietors Bill Wathen and Dick Doré are at the top of their game”, said foremost wine critic Antonio Galloni of Vinous. Jeff and Janet Olsson together bring more than 30 years of experience with some of most acclaimed restaurants and chefs in the country. Mark Miller, Dean Fearing and Bobby Flay are a few names you foodies might know!
Kick off the evening, with Foxen’s special sparkling wine (usually reserved for their personal use) and special appetizers by EATS. This will be followed by a fabulous family-style meal specially created for a special selection of Foxen’s current and library wines.
