Sponsor donations

At the Santa Barbara Wine Auction, we rely on the generosity of our community partners to make the auction a success. In addition to sponsorship, there are two other ways to contribute to our causes - by donating an item or service to the auction or by making a cash donation to Stand Up and Be Counted.

The Santa Barbara Vintners Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization; our Federal Tax ID is #91-2132001. Goods or services may have been received in consideration of this contribution and your donation is deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult your tax advisor to determine the tax deductibility of your gift.

Auction Lot Donations

Providing a product or service for the live or silent auctions is a great way to give back to a great cause while getting your brand valuable recognition. For wineries, auction lot items can include:

  • Hosting a large party at your winery
  • Hosting a catered dinner with wines paired by you
  • Donating a large format with apparel or artwork
  • Offering a private grape stomping party
  • Hosting a lunch or dinner with the winemaker
  • Combining an offer with another winery or wineries to create a VIP package highlighting your region or neighborhood

Stand Up and Be Counted Donation

Support health care for Santa Barbara County farmworkers

The 2020 Santa Barbara Wine Auction comes at a time where health care is a delicate and sometimes polarizing topic. Funds collected during the Stand Up and Be Counted portion of the auction will go towards supporting farm and vineyard workers in our community, Santa Barbara County. These funds will help with medical and dental expenses.

Direct Relief and Community Health Centers (CHC) share a common mission to support healthy people and create a stronger community and better world. Linking Direct Relief and CHC helps to bring greater access to those on the Central Coast who otherwise lack access to needed health services.

The Santa Barbara Vintners Foundation’s mission is ‘Grounded in Giving’. Creating a sustainable and thriving community unites us as winemakers and wine enthusiasts a like bringing us together as one community. We are proud to support these organizations who are dedicated to programs that focus on maintaining health and addressing the needs of the world’s most at-risk population.
