The Santa Barbara Wine Auction offers several levels of winery sponsorship with differing benefits. Participating in our winery sponsorship program contributes to our cause while providing valuable exposure to your winery and brand. We greatly appreciate your participation.

The Santa Barbara Vintners Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization; our Federal Tax ID is #91-2132001. Goods or services may have been received in consideration of this contribution and your donation is deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult your tax advisor to determine the tax deductibility of your gift.

WINERY SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

[ Imperial - $7,500 ]

  • Saturday – Gala Dinner and Live Auction

    • Attend, host and invite your key customers who will become top bidders to join you at your table for a total of ten seats (2 winery hosts + 8 guests).

    • Donate wines for your table (approximately 1 case)

      • Wines – reserve, library, rare offerings, large format bottles, etc. 

  • Friday – Wine Tasting Experience

    • Opportunity to pour wines at Friday night event, details TBD

    • 2 tickets to Friday night event

  • Marketing: 

    • Placement of your logo/name, with a website link, on the auction website.

    • Signage with your logo/name at the event.

    • listing in event program

    • Auction Lot Donation 

      • Create a unique offering from your winery brand. Items should be unique and not available through retail channels. Consider large format bottles, library wines, unique dinners, special tastings, grand adventures, and luxurious places to stay. Your auction lot must qualify for live auction status based on its exclusivity and potential to drive up bidding. Work alongside the auction procurement team to ensure your offering is special. All auction donations will be vetted and placed accordingly to meet fundraising goals.

  • Accommodations: 

    • One (1) Garden View King Room at Ritz-Carlton Bacara – November 8-10, 2024 (2 nights) 

[ Jeroboam - $2,500 ]

  • Saturday – Gala Dinner and Live Auction

    • Two (2) tickets to attend and host a table for a total of ten seats (2 winery hosts + 8 guests).

    • Donate wines for your table (approximately 1 case)
